AIS Network guarantees 100% availability over the Internet. If packet loss over our chosen routes reaches 100% during any hour over a one-month
period all eligible AIS Network clients will receive a credit equal to one day on their monthly bill. Network availability over the Internet
will be calculated by averaging measurements between points located in various represented geographies during a one-month period.
55 Milliseconds or Less Latency over the Internet within the Continental US
AIS Network guarantees the average monthly latency for round-trip transmissions within the continental United States will be 55 milliseconds
or less. Latency will be calculated by averaging measurements between various points on our network during a one month period.
Less than 1% Packet Loss over the Internet
AIS Network guarantees less than 1% average packet loss over the Internet. If average packet loss is more than 1% over a month period all
AIS Network clients will receive a credit equal to one day on their monthly bill. Packet Loss over the Internet will be calculated
by averaging measurements between various points located in various represented geographies during a one-month period.
Superior Network Server Response Time
AIS Network guarantees a response of 15 minutes or less (in most cases less than 3 minutes) to any Network Server alert that may occur.
